Responsible for communication and coordination among St. Helens, Scappoose and Vernonia Chambers of Commerce and School Districts, developing career awareness/training programs, public relations including; arranging, conducting and facilitating meetings, writing reports and grants, records maintenance, creating and updating database files and web page, organizing the career fair with over 45 businesses and 500 students in attendance. 1995 1996: Community Access Television Executive Director
Responsible for operating the public access television station for the cities of St. Helens, Scappoose and Columbia City, coordinating among the county, cities and three cable companies to increase viewership by expanding to the cities of Rainier, Clatskanie and Vernonia, providing county-wide coverage, creating weekly news programs for the county, conducting fundraising campaigns including coordination of a live telethon, public relations, recordkeeping, financial statements, and supervising up to four employees, producing, directing, editing, videography, scripting and graphics for various productions.
